There is an app which allows you to relay the information from the card, but it's more of our proof of concept and requires one phone to be on the paypass terminal and another to be scanning the card at the time you need to pay. You can use your phone as an access device but it has to be added to the access control system. You can not just copy a card and emulate it. There is encryption on it to prevent that. If it was just as simple as copying a card you could copy a credit card that has RFID and then use it to buy stuff, with a powerful NFC antenna this could be .
