As a workaround you can use zwavejs2mqtt to set the usercodes or the integration’s set_value service call. With a reader above your car and an antenna positioned correctly it should work. You could probably even dual-purpose your toll tag if you have one. Then of course you have to write a bit of code to get it to work together. But if you insist it could probably be done via a zwave rfid card scanner/reader connected to a hub like smartthings which can talk to your smart lock.
